Online Booking
Before you decide to make an appointment at our salon, please read all information carefully. Shanique Camille Hair Studio operates by appointment only. Our hours of operation is Monday-Sunday. Same day appointments will be confirmed based on availability but may not be guaranteed. An appointment must be booked and confirmed. No exceptions
Create a personal log in to book an appointment. Our guests can view appointments while accessing their account so no duplicates are created. If you have already created a profile, remember your log in info. If you are unable to log in and forgot your password, create a new profile.
*New customer(s) must create a profile with log in.

Payment
A depositor 30% is required to secure an appointment and will be deducted from the total amount at check out. Deposits are made online with a debit or credit card using our online payment system, your information is securely protected, authorized and visible by the payment processor only. Please note: we do not save your information. Deposits are nonrefundable. Please make sure you want to keep the appointment. Deposit can be transferred once if rescheduled.
For Special event/off-hour/ off-day /early booking 100% deposit or total due the day of booking. Once an appointment is booked, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. You will receive a text reminder for your appointment as well.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us if you have to cancel or reschedule at the last minute. Email or texting is not acceptable and will be marked as a no show. Our salon services no show fee will be discussed and will be added on to your total. If you are running late to your scheduled appointment- please call at least 15 minutes before. If you are 15 minutes late and you have not reached out, a late fee will be added to your service and your appointment will be canceled. Cancellation or no show fees may vary depending on lateness. To cancel appointments please call the salon or use the online booking app (when an appointment is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent out to the email address given). This allows clients to cancel at their own convenience within the time frame.
*Appointments booked in advance are allowed 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. Please call salon or cancel via confirmation email.
*Appointments booked same day are allowed 2 hours to cancel. Please call salon.
Complimentary service fix
Shanique Camille Hair Studio offers complimentary fixes within 5 days after service completion. I will be happy to accommodate and arrange time. After 5 days a full fee will be charged.
Early morning/off day schedule
To book an early morning appointment before hours of operation, a payment of $30 will be added to the service charge. Please call the salon to arrange early booking or request for off-hour appointment.
To book an appointment on a day the salon is closed, a payment of $50 will be added to the service charge.
Hours of Operation may subject to change.
Gift Certificates are available for all services and products- sold exclusively at Shanique Camille Hair Studio

In- Home Services
Shanique Camille Hair Studio offers salon services in the convenience of your home. You may book an appointment using the booking app and note in the note sections that you are booking for the home experience. Were are licensed and insured.
Deposits are 50% plus travel fee. An hourly rate of $45 per hour will be added to the appointment if more time is needed.
Check In
Please call/text 914-467-0579 from the parking lot when you arrive. We will call or text you when your stylist is ready for you. We ask that you arrive for your appointment on time and no earlier. Late arrivals are subject to a late fee and may be cancelled or reschedule.
- Limited Guests. Please do not bring any extra guests or children to your appointment at this time. If your child is receiving a service, please check them in at the front door and wait for them outside or in your car. Absolutely no pets will be allowed in the salon at this time.
-NO MASKS REQUIRED. It is your choice if you want to wear a mask. No temperatures will be taken. Please remain home or reschedule if you are feeling sick.
